This blog post delves into the outcomes of a stakeholder workshop held at Trinity College Dublin. The workshop, attended by ocean farmers, producers and processors, focused on identifying challenges, needs and hopes involved in creating an Irish cluster.

Together with 20 stakeholders along the ocean farming value chain, we brainstormed about creating an Irish Cluster to support the transition towards community-driven sustainable business models. To get the ideas flowing, we invited Justin Davis from Câr-Y-Môr and Heidi Meland from the Norwegian Seaweed Association to share their best practices. There was a lot of engagement and interaction. The workshop was a huge success!
